It is a simple, initimate Dining room evocative of the forties with a little French charm. We are open for Dinner from Monday - Sunday from 7pm, last orders are at 11pm, except Sunday when we close the bar at 10.30pm. We offer a full lunch menu for Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday the kitchen offers a wide selection of seafood, sausage and mash, steaks and fish of the day from 12-3pm. Sundays is all about the good old English roast with a full set menu with oysters as a house speciality (£22 for 2 courses, £27 for 3 courses) 12 -3pm.
The upstairs room is available for private hire for parties of 12 or more. We operate a minimum spend policy as appose to room hire. Sun-Weds the room is available privately for a minimum spend of £1500, Thursday - Saturday the minimum spend is £1750. On the basis of the dining room holding 32 guest you are looking at an average spend of £54 per head including 3 courses, wine and service on a weekend night. We have held many successful events here so it is always advisable to make enquiries well in advance.
There is a separate entrance to the right that leads directly to the restaurant.
